Job Description:
Texas Hearing Clinics, LLC. is growing, and with this increased demand we are looking for an exceptional Audiologist to join our team. The chosen candidate will be required to work at both of our facilities (San Marcos & Lakeway) as the needs of our patient base demand.
Applicant Requirements:
- Must be a Texas State licensed Doctor of Audiology
- Must have graduated from an Accredited University
- Availability to start by March 2023.
- Experience in VNG, ABR, VHIT or willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for Audiology
Duties:
- The audiologist should be able to complete a comprehensive hearing evaluation with pure tone air, bone, speech recognition thresholds, word recognition score, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, and reflex decay.
- He/she should be comfortable in counseling patients on their diagnosis and treatment options, including hearing devices.
- The audiologist should be familiar with Videonystagmography or willing to learn.
- The audiologist’s responsibilities will include hearing aid maintenance, repair, sending manufacturer repairs, hearing aid reprogramming, and real ear measurement.
- The audiologist is expected to help manage administrative work, including phone calls for scheduling patients, documentation collection and upload to our EMR system, complete insurance billing reports to send to third parties, and reports sent out to referring physicians.
- The audiologist’s job duties may also include marketing and public outreach, including creative design of marketing tools, meetings, events, health fair participation, senior living facility screening events, and physician outreach.
- Veteran Hearing Testing for compensation evaluations will be conducted at both facilities.

Duties:
